Production with modern equipment and careful quality assurance
In order to be able to produce and deliver plastic parts with high capacity and quality, modern and efficient equipment is required - something that we at iplast have. Our machine park includes the latest in injection molding machines and gantry robots where we can produce around the clock, every day of the year.
We can perform various types of injection molding, including convertible vertical/horizontal injection molding, metal insert and two-stage injection molding. Our production solutions are carefully designed with technical expertise to ensure long-term competitiveness and quality.
Iplast today has machines with clamping forces from 35-500 tons, which enables the production of details from a few tenths of a gram to around 1000 grams.
Production, quality assurance and control
We carry out continuous and comprehensive control of the plastic parts that we produce. We measure and document quality and dimensions and follow up to ensure the highest standard. If something needs to be adjusted or discussed, our designers and workshop are under the same roof. The plastic parts must be approved to ensure that they meet the customer's requirements in terms of strength, function and finish. In our workshop, the mold tools are regularly serviced. If necessary, we can make some small adjustments to the molding tools here.
