The injection molding production process step by step

The importance of early planning and review in injection molding

The production process starts with an idea and usually a drawing. Our designers review the drawing to assess its technical feasibility.

It is important to understand early on how the end customer will use the plastic part and what type of environment it will be exposed to. We ensure that all these prerequisites are established before the work begins.

Design and manufacture of molding tools

After approval of the product's design and its material selection, the molding tool can be produced.

Our designers work with leading manufacturers to ensure that the tooling meets all design requirements and production needs. When the detail is approved by the customer, the production of the mold starts.

Efficient production of plastic parts

The plastic granules are handled in different containers in a central material handling facility, where certain materials are dried to achieve optimal conditions for the injection molding process.

From the material center, the material is transported to the respective machine. The granules are processed in the injection molding machine and then injected into the molding tool and demolded.
